  BUYER BEWARE-DO NOT DO BUSINESS 5 year old contract stated we had to provide notice between 60 and 120 days before lease end to notify our intent to cancel.. Nobody from Canon or the dealer that handled the lease contacted us prior to the closing of this window. Canon is refusing to offer any option. How surprising that we were not contacted. This is a predatory lease that would not likely stand up in court, but who can afford the fight with them. I REPEAT DO NOT SIGN A CANON COPIER LEASE!!

  One of the worst companies to deal with. They’re a bunch of thieves that will go above and beyond to make sure they don’t help you. My IT company did the contract with them and I wanted to cancel it 3 months in to it. Come to find out I cant pay partial fee of what I used and some sort of cancellation fee. Only way was to pay the full 3 years and can’t cancel. So pretty much had their awful equipment sitting in an empty room while I paid them for all these years. And when I called they said you have to pay a return fee etc….. whatever you do, DO NOT work with this company!

  To say working with Canon has been an upsetting experience would be an understatement. To have to jump through hoops for YEARS to get a unit back to you for your company to "lose" it and put it on us is outrageous. FedEx had confirmed delivery and signature, but that wasn't good enough. We needed something that FedEx could not provide, interesting right? My old office manager had to call me after 2 years out of desperation and begged for my help. I ended up calling Ross Intl where she sent the unit and after providing the model and serial #'s (from the invoice) he found the unit WITHIN AN HOUR! How is it possible this was NEVER done by Canon to see if the unit was in fact lost? I was so appalled. The gross negligence of the "account manager" and Canon overall is enough to never have me work with this company again. And the best part? Our acct manager comes back and says she realized the model # on our lease agreement was wrong this entire time. Wow. What a joke. Do your due diligence Canon. It's clearly not that hard.

  Trying to return unit, and they have refused to take the unit or provide a mailing address to return the unit to. Not sure they find the equipment to be valuable. After exchanging several emails they continue to refuse the ability to ship back until you pay your contract in full.

  One of the worst places I worked. I was supposed to be hired as a contractor but after interview they said they wanted me full time. What a mistake taking the job it was living in a dysfunctional family ( I.T. group). The manager abused everyone. I reported the abusing manger to Human Resources , I quit a month after I was hired. They good news they fired the manager 3 month later he had been there for 7 years. Another example of no one speaks up when there is a problem.

  Printer that cost 750$, you will pay rental what is equal to 7500$ in a contract that you will not going to be able to cancel. Better to buy a printer and save your money from this deceptive business..

  We are a small non-profit group of volunteers who ran into financial trouble. We could not afford the printer that we had leased and were not using. CFS ultimately was responsive and handled the situation with grace and flexibility. Thank you.
