  Edward Yucis is a man to beat whenever AnnieMac is mentioned. His professionalism and patience on explaining details is worthy of note. He gave me the opportunity to reach him anytime of the day and also made sure my satisfaction was a top priority till closing. I'll always do biz with Mr Ed and I recommend him to whoever would want a great professional to handle his loan deals.

  I don’t want to even give one star based on my husband and I’s experience. We have been working with company since April. This branch has failed to execute financing as promised multiple times. They failed to communicate, leaving us in the dark about our process . Even when we reached out to the manager Lisa Jackot we were assured our loan would be handle and communication would be maintained by loan offer Nouri. After many times of our closing date changing due to no fault of ours we were told On Friday June 11, 2021 that again our loan wasn’t being accepted in the system all of a sudden. It was clear this was an error on their end because they could not give us answers. Friday June 11th my husband reached out and was assured that we would close on the following Monday June 14th 2021 and again was never contacted. Both Nouri and Lisa were called continuously and never reached back out to us to rectify the situation or even just to tell us they can’t do it. We were assured we would close June 14th and Today is June 25th and we still have not heard from anyone. We lost out on the house we wanted because they failed and could not be professional with us . I would never in a million years recommend!!!! From the looks of these reviews it looks to me that only non African Americans seems to get quality service here. I would hate to have to investigate this further but I will.

  Let's just say that I am very happy to have found Jesse Schwager. This past year we have done quite a few deals together. Others make promises, but he delivers...simply put. Not only does Jesse have amazing work ethic, but he is consistent with the communication. It's nice to find another professional that cares for the client as much as you do. It's all about team work.   This was the worst loan process I have experienced in my career as a realtor. Multiple different excuses for repeated delays in closing the loan/purchase, which caused a lot of stress for my seller client, and for myself as well. And this was when we could even get a response at all. Several messages were just completely ignored. On my initial call before we accepted the offer, I was assured there would be absolutely no issue in getting the loan approved smoothly, which turned out to be completely false. If ever presented a pre-approval letter again from this lender, I will recommend that my seller client categorically reject the offer. Never again.
