  We went to Campus which we are members where Kristie Teel is Service Manager to get a Auto Loan and Mrs Teel not only took care of that she also gave us a debt consolidation loan and saved us a ton of money. Mrs. Teel was very helpful in finding solutions, she is very knowledgeable, personable, kind and to the point (I like that because everyone is not straight with you) Now we're on track to being debt free in a year or less!!! Our experience with Mrs. Teel was above excellent!. Rickey & Dorothy Lenon

  I usually go through the drive thru and all the employees at this branch are so pleasant, fast and efficient. They always make me feel welcome and are so accommodating. Susan is especially friendly and goes out of her way to know the customers. So glad I started banking with this bank!

  This branch is fantastic always feel welcome and the staff is quick. I had a bad charge on my account so I needed to go in and take care of it. I was lucky enough to see Aaron Taylor very professional and polite. Took care of my problem in a blink of an eye. Thank you for great service.

  Poor service! My husband and I went in today to apply for a loan. We checked in at the kiosk inside and sat down as directed. There was one person at the teller counter ahead of us. After completing their transaction and leaving the THREE tellers behind the counter began talking and laughing about their person issues without even acknowledging us. A simple “Hi, we appreciate your business and someone will be with you shortly,” would have been enough to assure us we would be seen shortly. Instead, we took our business a few blocks down to Florida Credit Union.
