  My wife and I applied for a new car loan about two weeks ago at the Vystar Ocala branch, and the team was super helpful and friendly! Mireyli and Joshua were outstanding to work with, answered all of our questions and made the process quick and easy. We've used VyStar for years in Jacksonville and am glad there is now a branch in Ocala. Keep up the great work!

  Exceptional banking experience . Worked with Joshua Dippel on a refinance, he was extremely professional and genuinely helpful . The entire staff at the Ocala branch was pleasant and friendly . The level of customer service was above my expectations . I was so pleased I opened several accounts with VyStar !!!

  Vystar Credit Union (Ocala) location is the “BEST”. I'm so very thankful for each amazing staff there and the assistant branch manager M. Johnson. This credit union has always gone above and beyond for my financial needs which have gained my loyalty. I am always welcomed warmly, transactions are conducted pleasantly, and queries dealt with promptly. Vystar is the place to go for every financial need.

  VyStar Ocala gave us a very positive experience when me and my husband applied for a car loan recently. Ms. Mireyli was awesome, guided us patiently during the whole process together with Josh. Her swift responses to our questions helped us get our car on the targeted date.   Everyone in this branch is very helpful and professional . Joshua has gone over and beyond to assist us with our accounts. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. We will always use him as our banker. If you use this branch, you should always ask for Joshua Dippel.

  I had a very good experience with Caitlynn Young today at VYSTAR Credit Union! She had patience galore with me and walked me through the steps to resolve my situation! We have been members of VYSTAR Since the beginning in JACKSONVILLE, very satisfied with every situation and never had an problem with the handling of our account.   Online banking is a fail, they need to hire IT employees. The bank itself is fine. I like it so far, just doing your banking in the branch old fashioned style.

  Caitlin in the Ocala branch was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly that I refinanced my vehicle with them and then shortly after my motorcycle as well! Awesome Credit Union

  I came in and Josh Dippel greeted me with a warm welcome! I came in because it was my first time opening a account by myself and was a little nervous and he made me feel right at home! 10/10

  I am so glad that I don't have my money tied up with just this bank. its pathetic that their banking app has been down for over a week and the wait time to access your account is ridiculous. This should be a red flag for customers to get out and find another bank
