  Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Begin rant: I am a 26 year old Single mother of one daughter (6) , since 2014 when she was born, I've been fully employed and have been trying to purchase a home. I tried the Ship Homeowner program twice, Habitat for humanity program twice, USDA as well as Section 8 twice for renting or rent to own options of homeownership. Each time, there was some specific reason (Credit Score, Not enough Savings or either overqualified, underqualified, Not enough job history at the same job) as to why I couldn't receive an Approval. After all these years, I've managed to accumulate a 765 credit score and still had THE WORST communication with a recent Mortgage lender that did not want to help due to the approval amount not meeting his standards. Constantly had to email over and over just to receive an answer just because my loan amount did not sum up to those with thousands of dollars in hand. Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation and all the staff I had contact with (Lauren, Tony, Liz) as well as my realtor Ashley, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make me feel like my loan was important just like all the other Applicants they work with. My now 730 Credit score was enough to qualify me, Not one time did I feel like a bother or inconvenience to any of the staff members. I’ve been trying to establish a home for my daughter in case anything ever happens to me for a long time. I can finally breathe and be proud to be a first time homeowner and give my child a life she can be proud of. Thank You Fairway! End Rant! :}

  Tony was the epitome of professional. I went through, what should of been, a nightmare of a transaction (trying to sell and buy a home at the same time). But with Tonys help it was a pleasure. He met or exceed every every deadline and even helped others, involved in the transaction meet theirs as well. I strongly recommend Tony to all of my family and friends.
