      Elisa at this branch has been wonderful to work with and she is an asset to Chase!! She has helped me tremendously organizing my parents' finances after their health declined. It is wonderful that personal representatives are available at this branch. Thank you to Elisa and everyone at this branch for being professional and attentive.

      Worse Chase branch I’ve ever been in … was watch by I’m guessing the manager from the time I enter to make a deposit… She had the nerve to actually stand next to an unoccupied teller left of me and she would not take her eyes of me as I count the money that’s being deposited … Then when I look at her she turns away .. then she resumes with her eyes glued on me as I focus on my transaction..Once my deposit is completed.. I ask her why are you watching me like a hawk but she turns away and say nothing.. So disrespectful and almost unbelievable.

      Greeter asked me in a very inappropriate way sensitive information as how much I was going to withdraw from my bank account. This was when other customers were present in the lobby. Maybe she did not.do.it on purpose, but her attitude wasn't the best and she kept.it for.the rest of my transaction.

      The place is space age tech beautiful. Not your typical bank. Everyone is polite. The woman Elisa that helped me open my account was more than helpful, patient and personable. They do offer you coffee and water. They have a "Liquid" card which is a good alternative for people that don't want to be bothered with checks. If it's something that takes time call for an appointment, they'll see you right away.

      The employees were gossiping while I was at the window. The clerk required 15 minutes to exchange cash for quarters. As I was walking out, I heard her snort out an obnoxious statement about my transaction. Completely unprofessional. Will never return to this location.

      Wow just got treated like a second-class citizen. Use the ATM and pulled out $600 went inside to use the restroom and they said they don't have public restrooms. I don't need a public restroom I'm a member of your bank! There's a lady with short brown hair that acted like she own the world, wow great service I'm going to go ahead and move all my money over to a different bank and close my money market account savings checking and my business account. Great job keep up the good work way to lose a fantastic customer

      They don't have anyone to talk to about car loans. I guess you have to apply online.

      Walked into a completely empty building with 3 employees. Greeted and asked if we had an appt. Lady stated new accounts person didn’t have appts till 2 PM. Great, we need to open 3 accounts. Mind you nobody is doing anything except congregating in Branch Managers office, Cheryl. Lady comes back out and states we can come back at 2?!?! I asked for Branch Manager. She came out and stated she has an opening at 2. Just say we don’t want to help you. I have more respect for honestly. Branch Manager , Cheryl was extremely rude. We have business accounts and personal accounts there and never had an issue with opening accounts. No surprised by the locations 2 star rating.

      Wanted to check on opening a checking and savings account. I go in at 9:40 am Jan 17, 2020 and they said that I would not be able to talk to a bank officer until 1:00 PM because they ha e a client until then. Both of them. They should have a bank officer open to handle walk-ins and not be tied up. On this note I also did a home loan through Chase back in 2012 and they sold my loan to M&T Bank. During this whole time with Chase Bank I never received any money back from escrow I always had to pay extra. The first year I was with M&T Bank I received over $265 back from my escrow. Nothing changed from when I was with Chase and nothing changed when I was with M&T Bank. Now why is it that I never received any money back from escrow through Chase but I received money back through escrow with M&T Bank? However, this is about not having any Bank officers available until 1 p.m.

      I was given false information by representatives of this Chase branch and when I went into the branch to voice my concerns and make an attempt at getting things sorted out I was rudely approached by the "branch manager" who was extremely rude and quickly tried to intimidate me into feeling as though nothing could be done about my issue. She even began to yell at me in the branch in front of other customers. She was extremely unprofessional, and completely danced around the concern that I was raising. Has the potential to be a great branch if it was under different management.
