I have been in this credit union over 10 years and I e never ever had any issues. The best thing they did was open up on Tulane I love them all..lobby always clean and full of love when you enter.. but my favorite is Sharon she’s been the same since day 1..and I can’t forget the live tellers and the security guard all of you a job well done!

Love the new location. How convenient & accessible is this branch?! Right on the corner of Tulane Avenue & So Galvez; right down the street from the Medical Center & the CBD, yesssss. The other location was/is great, just a little cumbersome to get to. Same friendly personality, knowledgeable staff, clear policies & BEAUTIFUL DECOR. I love credit unions, as the staff seem to be more personable & take time to "get to know you" as a person. Swift & accurate transaction handling, no long waits, personable service; sound like winning in my book.
