  My husband and I just got married a month ago, searched for a house for 6 months and made over 11 offers. The LHM team was so patient with us and answered all of our basic questions with ease. We were up against a handful of personal deadlines, one of which was our 6 month lease ending in May... When our current home's offer was accepted, the LHM team immediately got to work. We received emails and information requests at odd hours and weekends, which showed us how much they truly care for their customers. Jessica, Brittany, Julia, Scott, and the staff behind the scenes did everything they possibly could to get us to closing ASAP. Everyone was so polite and dedicated, we know we can trust the LHM team and I would recommend them to anyone in the tough housing market!

  All I have to say is Wow. Chasity did such an amazing job for me. I don’t even know how to put it into words. From start to finish she was on top of everything. She answered texts and phone calls during and after working hours. She went above and beyond like no other. She is very professional and loves to help her customers. Her customer service is top notch. I will definitely be coming back to her for all of my future purchases.

  From beginning to the end….my loan officer Todd was an absolute pleasure to work with! As a first time home buyer, it’s important to have someone who is patient, willing to educate, and able to give you the encouragement to make it through.   Jessica is one of the sweetest and most hard working LO’s I know! She adapts well to all of the craziness that can come up and never makes anyone feel like they are a bother or less important than the next person. No matter how busy she is, Jessica will give you all of the time you need to ask questions and for her to explain the lending process. She loves her clients and it shows!

  Working with jordan and Jessica was great, Jessica was very helpful and knowledgeable. Jordan helped me get a better rate so I switched lenders because LHM was able to get me a better loan percentage. The awesome service was a huge plus.

  Scott and his team were very accessible through the process and kept us up to date along the way. He even spent time after hours answering questions for us. He really came through at the end and was able to make the closing happen exactly when we needed it to. I would recommend them for sure.
