  Jennifer was my lender when I originally purchased my home, and now I've just recently refinanced that home with her guiding me through. My original loan was my first home purchase, and she took the time with me over the phone, e-mail, texts going over how different loans work, different scenarios and price points on homes to help guide me towards homes that fit my needs and budget. My questions were answered quickly and in great understandable detail. The process itself had guidance step by step all the way through and I felt happy and excited by the end. I just recently refinanced my home with Jenn because she reached out to me. I thought refinancing was something you only do when you live in a home for a while (I've been here 2 years only) and thought i'd basically hit the reset button on my loan. I would have not considered refinancing because I thought it would be costly and complicated, and not really help me being only 2 years into the mortgage. I am pleased to report that I was completely wrong, Jenn contacted me letting me know the rates were low and I should look into it and I'm so glad I did. I'm now saving years off my loan, money every month, and it didn't cost me anything out of pocket. The process is made easy with Jenn and she'll guide you through everything step by step.
