  Need better training. Britney at Union st, issued a check under my business name and couldn't cash it. I called again. They acknowledged it was a mistake and asked me to send the check back and still waiting for new check in my name. Used to be a good bank but looks like poor communication and disorganization is taking over. Sad. Update: I received new check but had to spend a lot of time over the phone.

  Manager is very helpful and knowledgeable. Staff is very friendly and bank is well kept. They print debit cards right on site. Camden National has gone above and beyond to service there customers with great banking options and seamless online banking!!!

  I have ALWAYS had good experience through both Camden National banks here in Bangor. THIS one on Union Street, as well as their other location on Exchange Street in Bangor. .
