  Wanted to share my thoughts about CCIC and my experience. I came across a property manager by the name of Aldo and have nothing but good things to say. We take care of his air conditioning issues but I want to say that I've never met an individual so committed to a company and his tenants like he is. It's gotta be hard to do his job, but I know he does it with professionalism and to the best of his ability. I honestly wish there was more people like him i this world. Then you know that things would be taken care of. Want to wish him the best and I know he will be good wherever he goes. People like him are hard to find for work.

  The office manager at the Moss Garden in Lafayette, LA has been so generous with assisting my mom and myself with the process of my mom getting her apartment and getting all paperwork taking care while my mother is recovering in the rehabilitation facility. Just have the understanding and patience and going in on a Saturday morning to accommodate means alot. I would definitely recommend Moss Gardens Apartments for a senior citizen that is looking for a nice quiet community for the elderly and that accommodates handicap and disabled elder population and is low income base.

  I live in Coatesville Towers & am extremely pleased with not only the apartment but also the team who runs it. The manager, service manager & two maintenance men are phenomenal. Issues & concerns are immediately addressed & resolved, hassle free. I love living here & highly recommend it

  I have to leave 2 stars because unfortunately, they no longer have their Property Manager Aldo Lee for the Simi Valley Apartments. He was great , personable and overall on top of his duties. The maintenance guy is good too. Disappointing that they did not see his worth.

  Live in one the apartment complex in Simi Valley. lived here in the past as well when the manager was someone named Jeff who honestly was incompetent , so I moved out. Gave it another chance when a friend who lived in the same complex said the property manager Aldo Lee was responsive, attentive and professional. A little disappointed when we got a letter stating he was no longer with the company. Since then the communication has been subpar. The complex is starting to look like a mess, aldo at least had the place looking good. He responded to my calls or emails within 24hrs and handled all my concerns with the utmost urgency which I totally appreciated. Professionals like that are hard to find and wish you guys would bring him back.

  By far, the best working experience I’ve ever had!! I received thorough training, guidance and support from my supervisor, upper management, accounting, compliance and even the CEO. The only reason I no longer work for them, is my complex was sold to another company. I can’t say enough good about this company!!

  Was very disappointed to hear that Aldo will no longer be the property manager he was very helpful and attentive whenever we had a problem we could count on him to take action and was great with communication I know where ever he ends up they will be lucky to have him good luck.

  I'm honored and blessed to have meet the manager of Moss Garden Appartments. She's very caring,attentive, informative. The rental property is GORGEOUS, WELL MAINTAINED!!! My is in a very fragile time in her life,never lived alone or in an apartment sitting. But seeing the place and talking with manager she'll still worried but not as much. She smiled.For that I so BLESSINGS and THANK YOU!!!! I would say her name but I don't know if I'm suppose to on here,but she is the manager of Moss Gardens.🙏🏻👍👍👍. Thank you from the Felix/Hamilton family

  My mother lived here since 2002. I moved with her in October 2013. The building looks great. It is a good location, close to major stores and restaurants, as well as the buss stop. We have a nice patio and a great Community room with a large TV were we can socialize. Maintenance is on 24 hrs and the maintenance crew is very efficient, responding to our calls and keeping the building clean. We feel safe, more so since we got the camera system installed last year. The new manager has done an excellent job getting things done after this long winter. She is stern, but fair. She is working hard to have the building run smoothly. I believe she is a great addition to Brook Village.

  I would rate this higher if I could. The apartments are kept very well maintained. The common areas are really nice. I was afraid to move here because I heard horror stories for moving into a HUD unit but when I came and met Pam, the manager, I felt very welcomed. I never looked back, I couldn't wait to get in here and I only had to wait 6-8 months. I haven't been happier! You can be as open or as private as you would like, it's up to you! I love it here. The entire staff including the maintenance, the porter, and the social worker all go above and beyond. Never seen anyone on the staff in a bad mood, that is amazing.
