  I have been working with Anchor for the last 9 years and have closed close to 100 fix and flip loans with them. Lance, Stephanie and the team are awesome to work with and have been there when we have needed them. I have closed deals as fast as two days with them. They work really well with investors that know what they are doing. Like anything else in life, you need to invest in the relationship to get the rewards back. Keep up the good work!

  Anchor Loans is by far the best Private Lenders I have dealt with. David Rubin and Ashley Quadri are such a great team and always very responsive .. The best rates and their customer service is really on point. Deals with a tight closing date and difficulties they will get the job done. Anyone that’s an investor, builder, flipper etc... should be working with Anchor loans period. Really thankfully for such an amazing team. Thank you Anchor loans and the team !

  I have worked with Anchor Loans on nine purchases since 2017. They have always responded to my requests immediately and have worked with me to get the best deal possible.   I honestly don't understand the negative reviews on here that I have read. My only guess is that perhaps they are from inexperienced investors/developers. Our company has worked with Anchor for several years and I have found them to be one of the quickest lenders to turn around loan requests with whom I have worked. And once you close on a construction loan, their draw processing is quick and seamless. We closed 5 loans with Anchor in the past year alone and have not experienced any problems. Everyone with whom we work at Anchor is incredibly responsive, especially Shane Lex and Stephanie Lee.

  I have done a series of loans with Anchor. I can't how please we were with the process. Regardless of whether it is a simple traditional loan or a complicated transaction the process was extremely fast, efficient and they delivered on each and every term proposed for our loans. I have used other capital sources but i can say without hesitation, Anchor Loans is a first class, business friendly lender.

  This is an incredible group of caring people. It is nice to see a company who truly wants to give back. Many companies are looking at their profit margin, however Anchor Loans looks at the big picture. Anchor Loans made a large donation to our Santa Clarita Veteran Enriched Neighborhood. It is easy for companies to write a check, but Anchor Loans put their employee power behind their donation and brought out a large team to help build the homes of the brave.
