  The process was quick, easy and convenient. The Loan Officer Jeff Evans answered all of your questions and explained everything in detail. Brandi Clements (the Loan Processor) was amazing!! She would respond to my e-mails and questions day or night and was always willing to provide assistance. They were a professional hardworking team!!

  If I could give zero stars I would. I refinanced my loan from here with a different company and 30+ days later I am still waiting for my escrow refund. When I call to inquire about the refund I have been hung up on several times. I'm beginning to wonder if they even plan on giving me my money at this point.

  Amerihome bought our loan after we refinanced. Interestedly, this the second time they've bought our loan even though I specified on our closing docs that the loan could be sold "to anyone except Amerihome." Why? You can't get hold of these people. Customer service is beyond terrible. Our refi closed almost two months ago and they acknowledged receiving the pay-off shortly after, but despite all that time we still haven't received a check for the escrow funds and overpayment from the original loan. Likewise, I had instructed them to stop our auto payment as the refi was about to close. What did they do? They withdrew a payment anyway after the refi had closed. I can't get a live person on the phone and its been four days now since I sent a written request to address the problem and still no response. I really don't want to but I may have to pursue legal action as they're still holding and not dealing with over $6000 of our funds. And now with them buying our loan again I'm despite the written statement not to sell it to them, I'm stuck with them again!!! Do yourself a huge favor - avoid AmeriSham like the plague.
