  If I could give a no stars I would. My experience with this credit union was unwelcoming at best. My husband is a vet. We applied for a loan to downsize our trailer as he is in beginning stages of dementia. At first things seemed well. However, what I quickly learned is I did not matter to this bank at all. Stellar credit, loan approval. I was making a 4 hour trip to sign some papers, got caught in traffic and the seller of the trailer was also driving down to sign paperwork they said we could not handle any other way. The seller was one minute in the door, they would not let him sign his release unless I was there. I was 20 minutes out. They would not work with us at all. Even though we had both just driven 4 hours one way to get there. The assistant branch manager was very belittling. I would never do business with them. Maybe it was because the amount I was borrowing was not worth their time. Horrible place. I agree with some reviews that talk about unprofessional. I even said I would stay the night rent a hotel sign in the morning, if they would just allow the seller who was there to sign his release. I rarely write reviews, especially negative ones. This one is well deserved. I hope you are happy you broke our hearts just before Christmas. You're mean one mrs Grinch.

  Very poor customer service skills....Update 1 month later having over 700 credit score This bank turned down a 20 year single working mom after giving her the run around for over a month. This is the most unprofessional place I ever encountered. As previous posts stated why are they even there. Don't be a person of color looking for a loan. Watch and Believe! Happy Juneteenth

  Murrieta Hot Springs management is very unprofessional. I took my business to Madison location and the management and staff are very professional and nice. My experience with the consumer loans department wasn't pleasant. I waited two hours for them to have the staff that need to approve my loan leave for the day without discussing my loan. I had to return again on Monday and again they had me waiting for Heather to approve my loan. They didn't value my time. I took my business to Altura because my time is precious and I need a credit union to respect it.

  I have been banking with this bank over 10 years, I opened my first checking account a bank called First Future inside the campus of my employer. California Coast took it over. Frankly speaking it's a good bank with a good customer service. I have never had any issue. HATTS OFF all the staff

  From the first moment I felt welcomed by all the staff I met. I am from Utah, recently relocated in Murrieta, yet you would think They had known me for years. I would especially like to point out the excellent professionalism, knowledge and courtesy of Estrella Garcia. She has always gone above and beyond in helping me, from any concerns I have had, to pointing out ways to improve my credit. Five stars Estrella, and to the entire team!

  Been with this credit union for quite some time and I'm always treated very well. I've yet to have a single bad experience. The staff is always accommodating. I've had three great car loans approved and hope to do business here when I begin looking for my first home.

  Do not bank here. This bank is by far one of the worst banks I have ever banked with. Their employees are uneducated/ I can not comprehend how this bank is still in business. I should have taken my perfect credit score els where. Btw this is coming from someone who works at a bank. Do not go here!! This business is a embarrassment.

  Tellers are very nice and helpful. They have very good interest rates. Only down is that it's a little difficult to contact customer service by phone, other than that I really like banking with them.

  The best bank ever! The people there always nice and ready to help! I just wish we have more branches, I live in Corona.

  Customer service is outstanding. Ray especially, is always very helpful and friendly, displaying the true meaning of customer service!
