  Avoid this place like the plague! You WILL get scammed and end up paying more than they initially tell you. Asked all the questions I needed to in order to make sure I was only paying a certain fee and what I was loaned. Turns out I had to pay a fee to pay my loan there and pay a fee to close out my approved line of credit. I was told completely different when I first signed up for the loan. I paid more into this scam than I would have for my student loan late fees. No matter how much of a smile Angel gives you, don't fall for it, avoid it and pay a late fee to your bills instead.

  Always so polite and professional. - To the guy prior, if you could have gotten it cashed for free, why didn't you, seems a little petty of you to post that comment. I mean, they're running a business. -- Anyways, thanks for always being awesome.

  Have a great experience, the staff were very helpful. We had a western union transaction and Jasmine gave us support and information until we received the cash. Keep up the good job.

  Have used them many times when I needed extra cash. Always helpful and answered any questions I had. There are signs posted in the store on what the charges are for all services, including check cashing.

  The people here are very kind and polite but only one person working. There is a line of 7-8 people(including myself) and only one person behind the glass workinging.

  Very rude. I called regarding cashing a personal check since the bank is already closed. The female that answered advised twice, in a rude manner, "like I said..." they do not provide the percentage they charge to cash a check over the phone. Very unpleasant. Will advise others.

  Honestly a very skeevy business. I got a title loan out with them. When I switched jobs my paychecks switched dates so I had asked the manager, Rachel, if I can switch my pay date. She told me no but all I had to do is just call and let them know that I give them permission to push my date each month. I asked why I needed to and she made it just seem like a formality. Well this new manager who I don't remember her name, tells me that I have been occuring more debt each day that I am late and that is why I was told to give permission!! I informed her of what Rachel had told me and she responded with that I can in fact change my pay date as long as I bring proof of my new pay day. I am floored. I have occurred over a $1,000 in fees on top of my loan. I am beyond livid. Also, whenever I do tell them I am going to be late they always seem to forget and give me or my husband a hard time when we come in to pay. Update: We challenged the manager Marci on the late fee debacle. She quickly said, "Let my manager give you a call." Then she hung up on us. Wow. We were literally quoting our contract.

  this place is complete trash. they can't do the 1 thing they are suppost to do, which is cash checks. then after begging the lady she offered to cash my 1600 dollar check for 5 percent, which is 80 dollars. which is unacceptable. even 5 dollars is unreasonable as i could do it for free at a bank. but 80 is unacceptable. i didn't cash check there. i think we should all boycott this place and force the spoiled brats working there to go get real jobs and actually contribute to society like the rest of us real americans. cheers.
