  The best customer service and very helpful. I have a disability and I haven’t worked in 7-8 months because I was discriminated against because of my disability and they have made me feel not less and I felt good and laughed every time I went into this company. Come here for good service.

  Had an excellent experience at this pawn shop. Staff was friendly and took the time to show me items of interest. Prices were good and inventory was too. Will definetely be visiting this location again.

  I have used this pawn shop for one item and they are very nice people. Very fair, professional and during the Covid-19 pandemic I needed to extend my pawn and they we "NO PROBLEM". I didn't even have to go in and pay anything extra LIKE MOST PAWN SHOPS, I just did it all through text message and their website and I only paid the Finance charge . THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I WILL USE YOU AGAIN IN THE FUTURE IF NEEDED. WELL WORTH THE DRIVE FROM BEAUMONT!!!

  Haven't made it in. But I did call to ask about testing gold and the gentleman that answered was very helpful and informative regarding gold testing. Will pay them a visit soon!

  The staff was very polite, friendly, and professional over the phone. I was not fed any false hope to bait me in to coming into the shop, the honesty was there from the beginning. When we went into the shop, it was a clean and pleasant environment. Each person in the staff had a professional appearance and a smile. The gentleman who helped me was kind and fair, it was uncomfortable circumstance that brought me in but I never felt demeaned or out of place. I thank you for your help during a hard time and look forward to conducting more business with you guys.
