Kevin Carrier2They give loans to dealerships that sell junk used cars and they dont care about you just your money. Once my truck is paid off I'll never get another loan through a dealership or this junk 4 front credit union

Kasey Ciarkowski1Pretty sad I called the bank I have questions about my account and I get transferred to someone in some other country that can hardly speak English. Make me feel real comfortable giving out my account information.

Shari Ault1Went to the office in cadillac to do business June 1st. Was told they would contact me. I sent a couple emails and I called the Cadillac office and left message for contact person.. 6 weeks later heard nothing. I called Traverse City office hoping they could answers because of hearing nothing from Cadillac. I was told to call Cadillac and leave message. I did what was suggested to me and to this day I have yet to hear anything. I have taken my business elsewhere.

Sarah Smith5Our daughter was accepted at a university where there is no housing available. After months of planning and arranging for an apartment thousands of miles away, we learned that the stipend amount for rent and living expenses was not sufficient. Of course, we are notified of this the day before moving day. In a panic, I left Donald Turner, branch manager, a message and he not only returned my call quickly, but he was able to get our daughter a LOC loan so she can make rent. He did this all over the phone. He even changed her account so that she will be earning interest on her loan, not paying it. Thank you, Donald, for treating my family with the same care I know you treat yours.

Paul DeWitt1My wife and I have been trying to talk to a Loan specialist for a week now and have repeatedly been told they will call you first thing tomorrow morning. We have yet to receive a call and you get nowhere calling back. We have tried over 6 times.

brooke matson1The lack of professionalism displayed by the loss prevention specialist was truly embarrassing to experience. She demonstrates a condescending tone and may not be familiar with the word "dignity", but certainly knows how to run a credit card at her desk. Not only did I leave with tears in my eyes, but the original clerk I was working with appeared to be quite distressed too, and it seems as though this is just how Jenelle treats others; coworkers and customers alike.

Samantha Hall1To start the phone system is all sent to a call center now so you can't even contact the local office. I left my card in the atm and wanted to know if it was returned to them and I can't get an answer without going back to the location. On top of the fact I applied for a loan 2 different times because they didn't get back to me the first time. It has been 2 months and still nothing from them and when I call they tell me to check my emails. I have not received anything from them at all. I used to love this place but I might have to start looking for a new credit union at this rate. Update: 5 months later and trying to contact 4 front about the loan I still have not heard anything back.
