  Tony was a blessing, my wife and I were first time home buyers and he made the experience comfortable and convenient to us. He went the extra mile more than once during the course of purchase to get us approved and to make us feel secure. He helped us navigate thru the process of the Washington bond program and was more than happy to answer any questions we had. I know this was business for him (his job) but we walked away with a home and a friend.   We had a great experience with Rich and his team! This is our second real estate transaction with him. You need someone who is experienced and knowledgeable to navigate these uncertain times.
