      I’ve been living in the Vancouver area for about a year now, and Bank Of America has consistently been difficult to work with. I’m not someone who complains about many things, and it takes a lot to get me to this point where I’m writing a Google review but I’m tired. Every time I try to call this location, no one ever picks up- yes I’m aware that this is a financial center and not a call center (per one of the replies to a negative review) but continuously being told that the employees are busy and to just schedule an appointment instead is incredibly frustrating. I highly recommend hiring people to answer the phone. I will be closing my account and switching over to a credit union as soon as possible.

      What a joke! Bank of America use to be so much better. They have employees,,I saw 6! But while standing in line, Nobody is helping the customers! When I'm not so irritated, I will be closing my account..

      There is no sense of urgency to help the customer. There is one teller and the other types away ignoring the customers instead of stopping what he/she is doing to help. It is never a quick visit. They also closed their drive thru (long before Covid) which makes no sense to me.

      Mildred and Sandra are exceptional! I honestly didn’t think I would get to talk to a banker about an auto loan because I came in a little late. But shortly after I walked in, Mildred approached me & asked how she could take care of my needs so I wouldn’t have to stand in the long line. And surely I didn’t! She quickly directed me to Sandra the banker who was willing to help me without hesitation. My experience with Sandra couldn’t have gone any smoother. She’s so nice and so friendly! She went above and beyond to try and help me get approved for an auto loan like it was for her. She even signed me up for the rewards so I can get the lowest rate possible! I can’t thank her enough for going that extra mile for me by making last minute phone calls and even staying after hours just to get all of my questions answered. Thank you a million! I left the bank with a clear understanding of what to expect and what I need to do next. Thank you, ladies! Rock on!

      The staff is extremely friendly. I came in to see the notary and he was on time to the minute of my appointment. Very efficient and helpful.

      SO SUBSTANDARD!! This use to be a great bank but no longer! Covid wiped this bank out if you want ANYTHING you have to make an appointment to get it!!

      Just moved back to the area and boss gives me a paycheck a little larger than the bank can authorize cashing being it's a third party check. Okay, no problem and even understandable. I cant even be irritated with that. I am informed they can cash it if I opened an account there, but they are closing soon, so not today. I was told this by the manager...... It takes literal minutes to open a bank account and its not like it was one minute to closing and even if it was, they close at 4:30. Even McDonald's would stay open 2 extra minutes for a customer. Yeah, Mickey's has better customer service than you. If a bank cant take a few minutes for a customer for even the most basic of services, then there is a good chance that bank (maybe it's just that location?) is not going to take care of you in any way after you become a customer. Either way this location turned me away from opening an account with BofA at any location. Thanks for helping me to eliminate a choice of who to bank with.

      You better hurry up and go, they close before your get off work and open after you start your work day. 9:30-4:30. During the "pandemic" they closed their drive thru lines and closed several locations ( which still remain closed. Now it's usually one teller and lines out the door. It just can't get any better for them. I have never felt more forcibly this dincentivized to go into a branch then I do now, it's working Bank of America congratulations soon you'll take over the world but only if we download the of a apponline

      Absolute worst service! I am livid. After they verifyed my insurance check they ask me for 2 pieces of id which I provided everything but what they needed. I say this check is written off of you guys what do you expect me to do? Well you can open an account and deposit the check... uh really? No fn way! You guys treat me like some sort of criminal then try and make me open an account? So wrong for the way they treat people. Did you ever think that might be why I dont have an account to begin with? I plan on complaining to everyone I know.
