  Reading all bad comments before makes you doubt the company. But bec. Of Yvonne Clause Bessa my doubt turned into hope. I purchase a brand new house in hollister, ca., and I am also a first time home buyer., don't own a house, I am a typical bay area person a renter., with expensive rent, so decided to move to different area. Anyway, Yvonne works hard, she will go above and beyond your expectations.,she communicate well with me, she explained everything I need to know. Call you from time to time to update you the status And progress of everything. Anyway, I'm pretty sure almost everyone knows the drill, when you purchase a brand new house or not even brand new they will check everything, pull out your credit, your employer, etc... and that's what the company stearns did. They even call my employer 3x I believe, verifying everything. All I can say is if you go To Yvonne who works here at stearns you will never go wrong. She will not give you falls promises rather tell you that she will work very hard to meet all your needs. Thanks to stearns and esp. To Yvonne. Highly recommend them.
