  Von Michelle was fantastic to work with. She answered all of my questions and made sure I understood the process. This was the LEAST tedious hone refinance I could imagine. She handled all of the details, was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and so enjoyable. A real pleasure to work with. This is the lady to work with if you have to do a mortgage or re-fi.

  I truly enjoyed working with Von Michelle! She is very professional, she knows the mortgage/lending industry very well. She guided me throughout the entire home loan process.   Von Michelle's knowledge, honesty, attention to detail, excellent communication, attentiveness, forethought, kindness and consideration are just a few qualities that made the refinancing process with On Point Credit Union a pleasure. This is our first time refinancing with On Point and with Von Michelle, but our third time refinancing our house. The first two times were an absolute nightmare and I never wanted to go through that again. But our experience with Von Michelle and On Point were a great example of how it should be. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend!

  I can not say enough good about Von Michelle. She is absolutely an efficient, knowledgeable, dedicated professional. Not only is she excellent at her career but she is also a warm kind individual. My refi took less than a month and went as smooth as can be.   We entered into this very intimidating housing market with low expectations. We weren't intending to buy a house right now, and were hoping to stay in our rental and continue to save "until we had enough" to buy a house. Seemed like a good plan, until our landlord sent us an email informing us that our rental was being sold out from under us. An unfortunately all to familiar story to renters nowadays. That's when I reached out to Von Michelle at On Point and began the process of getting a loan to purchase a house. Von Michelle put us at ease immediately. She is kind, warm, patient, responsive, and dedicated to her clients. I can't remember a single instance where I called her and she didn't either pick up the phone, or call me back within the next 30 minutes. And I never once felt rushed by her. She will lay out your options (which will be far more than you likely know exist) and educate you on how you WILL (not "might") get out of this miserable renting market and into a house that is yours! She helped us accomplish this in just two days shy of a month, and now we're in a new reality. Von Michelle immediately replaced our feelings/perceptions of hopelessness and disempowerment with empowerment and optimism. I can't imagine having a better loan officer to get the job done.   WOW!!! What a superwoman Von-Michelle is! She was super helpful when going over the disclosures - she was so Detailed and so helpful!!! Landing and helping her clients is her true passion, she loves what she does, and it really shows, because she takes the time to educate, and explain the loan process, fees, rates - which by the way, she offers best interest rates!!
