  Richard and his team were incredible. They answered all of our questions and kept us updated on the process. Ava In particular was very helpful. She was always there when we needed her. But again Richard and everyone on his staff were fantastic. One thing that was very important to us was the fact that Richard is involved in the homes for hero's program.   Kim is amazing!! She knows her stuff!!!! She also is incredibly organized and responsive. You are never stuck waiting on her. She never really seems like she’s selling you something, instead she’s an expert consultant who will tell you what you need and what you can do and she’s always right too! I have gone to her for the past 20ish years for very different kinds of loan needs and financial situations, and have even sent my own parents to her. To me there is no one else for loans.
