  Nikki Durig was awesome! I had a previous mortgage broker quit on me durning underwriting and they didn’t explain why. Nikki helped me fix all the title issues that were left over from my original mortgage, helping to insure my property was in my name and not the previous owners. Nikki and her team saved me a huge headache in the future if I ever sell. Thank you for all your hard work!
