Once you have had the opportunity to work with Wendi you won't trust anyone else. After six loans and fifteen years she has definitely becomes family. We just love her!

  My husband and I were on the hunt for our first home. As first time homebuyers, we were clueless and not aware that we needed to get a loan pre-approval before viewing any homes of interests. Luckily, our realtor recommended Stephanie (and Jason) at Caliber Home loans. Stephanie initiated our loan and within 24hrs we were pre-approved! We received the estimate loan amount and the break down of the loan. There were a lot of numbers on paper that we did not understand and it was extremely intimidating. Stephanie reached out to us that evening and explained everything, which made more sense. You can tell she has been doing this a very long time and may have done this explanation a million times. But with her just taking the time to explain it, we felt more at ease. Fast forward, we made an offer on a home we were interested in and started the process to get the final loan approval. Stephanie and Jason worked diligently behind the scenes to follow up with us, our realtor, the sellers realtor, title company and everyone in between. There are a lot of things in the background that Stephanie and Jason had to deal with and as buyers we do not see. Major kudos!! They make a great team! It was paperwork overload and definitely felt like we signed the same paperwork over and over again but this was the process. Stephanie and Jason made sure to get all accurate and up to date information to submit. Stephanie and Jason were always available for questions and concerns via email and phone. And extremely responsive to any inquiries. No question were too big or too small. They made sure we understood what we were signing. I would highly, highly recommend Stephanie and Jason at Caliber Home Loans. I have only good things to say about them. Thank you for assisting us with securing a loan to purchase our dream home!!!!!!!

  This can be a nerve racking, scary experience especially if you have not done this before. Leilani at Caliber is amazing. I had a lot of questions some felt non important but they still needed answers. She made herself available to me whenever I needed her. She is professional, personable and compassionate. I would highly recommend Working with Leilani. If you are just looking, unsure in this crazy market, find something and decide to pull the trigger she is your go to, never imagined the process could be done so fast.   Excellent experience! My loan was processed in less than 30 days. I would highly recommend Jason Russell if you are looking for a quick loan approval letter and the best loan options.
