  Steve is great!!! We were having trouble getting approved for a good amount from our own bank. We called Steve and gave him some rough numbers over the phone and he said that he could help us out. We brought him the information that he requested and he was able to get us more than enough to get our dream house. He was always there to answer any questions that we had and was really easy to work with. If you're looking to buy a house, we highly recommend talking with Steve Case!!   My husband and I have worked with Steve and his team twice now. The first time was for our original loan, and then again for our refinance after our loan was sold.   Steve helped us with our loan about 20 years ago; he was very professional and helpful! So when we needed a refinance on our home, we remembered his name and sought out his help. He is not a pushy type; you know the ones when you ask about a refinance they call you night and day and cannot get them to stop? Well Steve is not like that. If you need a loan call on his office and you will find the knowledge and experience worth it.
