On a Sunday today I tried to go use the ATM machines there... But both the entrance and exit points were both blocked off with hazard cones!!! WHY? IS THE BANK OF AMERICA CLOSED PERMANENTLY TOO LIKE ITS SISTER BANK IN DOWNTOWN FAIRFIELD IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED ALREADY ... IS BANK OF AMERICA...!!! Where do I go to find an actually open real bank for Bank of America nowadays ... in Napa, Vallejo, Sacramento or Stockton???

Bank of America is officially ridiculous for having customers (including elderly and disable) stand outside in a line reminiscent of government food lines. Once you get inside there is only 1 teller working. They are using COVID as an excuse to close the other bank and provide minimal staffing which ultimately increases their profitability. I am looking into other banks. As a 30 year Customer I find this disgusting.

I have been with the bank for 15 years and customer service have been getting worse and worse. Recently, I have been waiting an hour in line. Its been 90 + degress outside and there is older and handcap people having to support this terrible service. There are kids sitting on the ground. This is not fair. They only have 2 tellers at a time. Today, I went to Chase Bank too. I was there for 2min. In and out. As of today I will be changing banks. Hopefully, they can fix this problems.

ATMS are the worst, you can't make any checks or money deposit on the Drive thru ATM

Bank of America employees need to work on their customer service especially management the older white lady with the brown short hair needs to have better customer service skills she needs to be educated on how to treat people with kindness and respect. That's another reason why I left B.O.A Corporate needs to have classes on how to teach common courtesy respect and manners to those that work in their branch. Predominantly white with some Mexicans and one extremely white washed black dude.

I make deposits here for my work and I'm here almost every other day. It's a clean place everyone is dressed professionally however the girls that work here have been extremely rude to me. The new tellers are nice. The ones who have been here have low patience don't make eye contact with you and don't make you feel comfortable. When I come here I just want to be in and out. I wish my job would give me an ATM card so I could make deposits without being in contact with the rude tellers.

I didn't have the same experience with poor customer service as other reviewers - the ladies who handled my business in the branch were very polite and professional to me. This branch is particularly convenient for me, with both drive-up and walk-up ATM. I have always benefitted from B of A always being a frontrunner in terms of technology, convenience, and services offered. I am not a loyalist when it comes to my patronage of corporations, but B of A has continued to earn my patronage through all the locations I've lived in over the past 15 years.

I got there around 10 15am . After waiting in the heat a long line. Took me almost 1 hour to get to the door. The manager decide to send two tellers to their breaks. Leaving one teller to handle un patience costumers like me. It was a horrible day for me. If your older bring a chair and prepare to have a bad day.

Horrible service. Saturday at 12 pm and there are 14 people ahead of me in line and only 2 tellers. First rule of thumb as a bank: have more tellers on Friday and Saturdays because there is always a crush. The bank manager doing nothing to alleviate situation. My wait will come out close to 30 min. This is why B of A trails Wells Fargo and Chase in market share.
