Berke Horrocks5Stellar customer service here in downtown Bothell. Quicker/Better to make an appt than use the 800 phone tree message system when calling BECU, leaving a message and hoping to get a return answer to your credit union service question within hours. Appt for face to face service... depending on the service needed works best!

seattles steve1As a Elderly Disabled person, Eye always inform who is helping me of my mental & physical limitation's since being a pedestrian struck by a car in 1984. I use the internet for shopping as a disabled person daily & watch activity carefully. I think I was improperly charged by a PayPal-Scam. Martin Pendelton was the only person to help me at 2:30pm win eye went in to my local BECU. He explained the error was was between me and PayPal, but as a courtesy could have the charges removed, one time! I explained again to look back through the records, its not the Only reversal that BECU has allowed, he's just new to My Account. Good Sales, maybe. Customer service, not 4 me, I'll continue to look for a real Bank Teller, that cares about Each customer, regardless. :)

Daryl Girnus5Went in on Saturday September 7th, 2019 for an auto loan with the seller of the car I was buying. Leland was our consultant. He went above and beyond to help us obtain the registration from the Department of Licensing that we could not obtain by other means. Thank you Leland for looking out for my well being and best interest to ensure that everything was on the "up and up" with the purchase. With my experience with other banking institutions this would not have happened. Customer service was excellent and that is why I bank with BECU.

Lisa Yantis3Recently I became a BECU member. I was initially pleased with the staff. However, when I went into the bank to access a large sum of money for a car I purchased(I was pulled into the managers office) I have received a large inheritance. I was told that I could access my money right away because the teller had called bank that I previously had it in and VERIFIED FUNDS. the manager questioned me like I was ripping the bank off. He was very confrontational and said " that caishers checks can be no good" I was blown away!! Just a warning to anyone that may be thinking about banking here. I'm giving investments a chance here. Brian Haney5I applaud BECU for being frugal with bricks in this click-n-mortar age. We don't need many full-service branches. We just need nearby self-service ATMs. I do most of my banking on their web site, often preferring BECU over my other bank, which gets my business only for the discount it gives my mortgage.

Calletano Hernandez5Pay your loans on time, work hard and this credit union is for you. They will invest in you.. has helped me out with transferring loans to a lower interest rate saved lots of money on a 10min phone call.. FYI there is lots of parking in the *Garage* specifically for BECU members!

Parto Shareghi1Horrible place to have an account. Do not be a member. first of all the branches that can actually give you cash are very very limited. ATM withdrawal limit is only 300. so you have to go to a branch wait at least 30 min for a banker to increase your limit. More ridiculously, you only have that increased limit for only couple days. so guess what next months same waiting game and begging to have access to your oen money. socond reason why you should not be a member. they do not have customer service on the phone after hours. So if you are afull timer like me, either have to sacrifice your lunch time or weekend to go in the ridiculously long line to see someone in person. do not attempt calling them on your lunch time it is waist of your time. I am to the point that enough is enough for me. To be fair, everyone in the branch is supper helpful and apologetic for the situation.I appreciate my banker's help.
