  Joe Whitlock, the loan officer I worked with, is genuine, a good communicator, and was very understanding of my situation in trying to balance work/family life while refinancing my mortgage. He went the extra mile to exchange information with both my wife and myself, and made the loan process smooth and easy to understand.   Everyone at Caliber was amazing to work with! They have a great staff and I can’t recommend Chris and Dez enough! I’ve purchased numerous properties now and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a lender. They make you feel like part of their family.
