  Chris was extremely helpful for me as a first time home buyer! He walked me through every step and made me feel like my input was valid throughout the entire process. He was able to meet with me and answer questions while working with my schedule the entire time. Cornerstone as a company allowed me to learn so much through the first time process of purchasing a home! You're in great hands with Chris as well as Cornerstone.   5 stars for Dustin Camping! Dustin has been absolutely incredible throughout the entire lending process. As first time home buyers, he walked us through everything we needed to know, from start to finish, always making sure we were comfortable, confident and excited about the next steps. In the Fort Collins market, you have to move fast. With that, you want Dustin on your team. I would recommend Dustin to every one I know, in both my personal and professional life.   The team at Cornerstone was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and very efficient. We were quoted the correct information and the the correct timeline the first time and it came to fruition exactly as they described it. They were very helpful in the process to explain the steps and the information they needed in order to facilitate our refinance. I would absolutely recommend them!

  Avoid Kyle McCormick at all costs. He says one thing and then Cornerstone does something else (like refinancing when he told me they were going to recast the loan), he is not focused on the client (always sounds of working on something else, like the kitchen,; or driving his vehicle) and he fails to answer questions (he will either simply ignore your inquiry or will claim for over a month that covid is delaying the ability to get answers) or he will simply direct you to the main office in NJ. I cannot think of a worse person providing support of my loan.

  We were traveling for a portion of the loan process. Cornerstone made the process from beginning to end feel easy, seamless and in addition made sure we received weekly updates of the process status and future reminders. Thank you very much for making a stressful process go so smoothly!
