  Everything you all are saying is absolutely true. They do business with shady companies and are also a shady company. I had a average credit score but was given the highest interest rate. I never missed a payment and request an extension which was granted after an incident with the truck. They are not honoring the extension but instead wanting to repossess the truck while using my insurance to get the truck. DO NOT FINANCE WITH THIS COMPANY. SHADY AND NO ETHICS.

  Worst lender experience I have ever had. Like trying to pound a square peg in a round hole! I have worked with many many lenders and this one takes the cake for least flexible, do not read their email and demanding that everyone fall into line on filling in only the boxes they have established. If you are buying a truck, maybe it is easier, but trailers are clearly out of their wheelhouse!! They have added weeks to the process for my customer.

  My husband and I had bad credit. They gave us an opportunity to finance our first few trucks and now we have a fleet of 50 trucks with 75 employees!! Thank you for a wonderful experience every time. We highly recommend them !!

  There customer service is horrible! I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to do business with them! They treat there customers horrible and very unprofessional!

  Please avoid this institution at ALL COST. They have broker fees, penalties for early payoff. Their interest rates are astronomical, and they employ “Preditory Lending Practices. It would behoove you to buy directly from a reputable truck company (i.e. Peterbuilr, Kenworth, Freightliner, etc. When you call them they have no respect for the consumer, and they respond to you as if your a financial leper. I really wish someone would have warned my from the beginning.

  Please please please stay way from this company, even if you have a bad credit it’s not worth it,they are a scam I mean a big scam and I don’t know how they are allowed to operate legally, the Government needs to investigate them. STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

  Shady company. They dont wanna give you amortisation. They work with companies that are shady. So if you get a semi truck financed from a shady dealer and shady company, all you are doing is working for these two companies. Better think twice before you sign their agreement. Thank you for approving me at 20% interest rate with 10% prepayment penalty. Good thing I declined their offer.

  I give them 1 star becouse there is nothing below, Very Rude staff in special Jennifer she is always threatening customers, she don't listen you, they don't care about the situation that everything is going bad now becouse COVID-19, if you are late 20 days no matter what you are at risk of repo. Come on guys...

  Real bad experience This people collect interest first From your money nothing go's to the principal Until they collect all the interest Let's say you barrow $20.000 thousand dollars You end paying $40.000 thousand dollars Be Aware of you doing before you get into This kind of loans

I am not able to pinpoint your loan as we have several customers with your name. If we do not hear back from you by end of day today, we would only have to assume that this review may not have anything to do with our establishment and will be reported to google. thank you [email protected] Good morning dear Moreno We thank you for your business and are very fortunate to have had the chance to help you with your loan needs when you needed one. I will reply to your concerns in order. Please provide proof that we have either collected or you have intentionally paid interest first. To date, I do not know of any bank that collects interest first unless you bought a house with an interest only loan. Your loan had been amortized for its entire term given the loan balance, interest rate and the number of months. If you make your monthly payments when due, after the loan term your loan will be paid off and title released to your name. Simply, multiply the payment amount with the number of months and you will see how much your total payments would be. I have included my email below if you would like to respond and/or provide a phone number where I can reach you to smooth out your concerns. We would like to smooth out this experience for you by helping you out with things that we can.
