  Made 2 appointments with Tiffany for a very basic appointment and both times was not acknowledged, greeted, or even remotely checked in for my appointment. I spoke with an associate at the bank both times upon arrival to let them know that I was there at which point in time they supposedly told Tiffany I arrived. My wife and I waited over 45 minutes each time WITH PRE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS without so much as a "hello" or an "I'll be with you shortly" or an "I'm sorry for the delay, I'm just finishing up with something", only to have to leave because we didn't have enough time to complete the appointment after sitting around doing nothing for 45 minutes. Absolute waste of time and the worst customer service I have experienced in quite some time. I also never got a follow up call or email to try and reschedule the appointment, nor did I get an apology by anyone at the bank. If you have something to do that requires intervention by a chase bank employee, I urge you to seek another branch because this one is honestly one of the worst.

  Nice, clean Chase branch with friendly staff. It has two updated ATMs outside the facility that are available for use 24 hours a day. Additionally, the inside is clean and never gets too busy. Overall a pleasant place to do business and one of the better options in the neighborhood.

  Terrible bank! I work at the restaurant and brought tip money to deposit. They did not calculate it properly!!! The older woman took forever to calculate the amount and would REFUSE to use the machine to check it! Once they deposited the wrong amount for me because she miscalculated my money! Chase hire people who are better in math!

  This is the Chase I use that is close to my house. I have always received excellent and attentive service at this branch. Overall Chase has been a pretty good bank for personal and business.

  I own a business and have been trying to make contact with someone at the bank for information that I need to put on a form that needs to be submitted. I have called and called and just get a voicemail. I then called the technical support number and got the same this...voicemail. Ridiculous!!!!

  Their customer service is really bad, I am 15 year customer for Chase. But I will never go to location again. Teller Manager is very unprofessional.

  Has 2 ATM's outside of the location. Smaller branch office inside.
