  Horrible. Required flood insurance last minute to close. Acquired insurance and closed. Received multiple notices that they were going to purchase a policy unless we provided proof of insurance which we ended up doing multiple times. Spoke with a rep that hung up on me and just received a bill for a policy they puchased for us. Cant get through to anyone that has any idea how to do their job. Awful.

  You lost a potential client! After the loan officer Gladis received my application she never call to give update never reply to my email never returning my calls. She’s unprofessional! How you gonna pressure me to send application and when I did you couldn’t even call or text me about my application…

  Worst experience ever!! We were first time home buyer’s and during our first year we having many complications from the appliances not working, to the garage door being jammed, the plumbing sucks and not receiving a call back after we’ve put in a notice through the website. We were supposed to have our 11 month structural check up and no one showed. Reconsider if you’re thinking about it.

  I would recommend Meechka and her team at CalCon to my friends, family members, and anyone else looking to purchase a home. At 23 years old, I never expected my partner and I would be able to qualify for a home loan, but Meechka made it possible. She was extremely helpful in guiding us through the loan/closing process, answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely fashion, and was super friendly and easy to talk to!
