  Not sure if my experience was watered down due to COVID-19, but I had horrible communication with my loan officer Laverne Davis. I feel like this place takes on too many customers at one time taking away from the quality of their work. I got my credit pulled pulled, submitted all my documents, yet it took weeks before I received a response. I even notified management and still was directed to teach out to Laverne. Waste of my time and energy.

  I decided to move from Florida to Georgia 3mths ago and after being turned down a few times by other lenders the builder introduced me to nancy. immediately nancy started working on my file. We had some bumps along the way because I had to move to Atlanta and start working. Nancy assistant was also wonderful and her processor David was the best. I would recommend Nancy to everyone. I know I at times would drive her crazy and still was so pleasant and understanding each and every time throughout this process. I am loving my new home, my family love it. And thank you Nancy for everything..

  Just bought a home using Johnny Dykes of New American Funding as my go-to Loan Consultant. Could not have made a better choice. I have worked with Johnny several times before on homes and even a Harp deal, and all were smooth and easy!. Johnny worked with me looking for the best fit and presented all the options to save money! He was always there day or night to answer questions and guide me.   Dealing with a company in a different city than your house is in can be difficult but this company provided top tier service to someone who had little knowledge of the housing process. Her agents are professional, knowledgeable, prompt and very straightforward. I feel comfort throughout the entire ordeal. I thank God for leading us to Ms Dumas, Ms. Amos and Ms Elliott.

  New American Funding made good with their promise to get me to the closing table and make me a homeowner. Lots of work on my part to get the paperwork needed. Another lender told me is wasn't possible to get it done.I called Jason me told me it would be some work but promised he would do everything he could and followed through and we are now HOME OWNERS!!!! Thank you Jason and staff.
