Octavia “SilentlyAdorable” Hutchinson1I would give zero if I could. We got a car July 2014 for a 2007 Kia Sorento. We were told keep the car a year make your payments come back and trade it in for a newer car. Making payment of 452 sometimes we would pay $5-$10 over and balance didn't even flinch. The car was worth $8k with the intrest it was $13k we paid close to $6k and some how still owed $12k after a year. In April we were short in the payment and they has us pay $5 to apply for a deffered payment. We were back in track then in June we told them we might fall short again they told us they only offer help once a year. We tried to do the trade in and they told us at the same place we got it that its not worth it we don't want it. No carlot wanted that mess. The cars value was $3k when our year hut, but we still owed $12k. After no one wanted it we asked them to come get it in the beginning of July 2015 they refused to come get it until August which put us 2 payments behind. It wasn't like I was going anywhere they shut the car off the end of June. The car sold at auction leaving us responsible to pay $6k. I tried to work with the collectors keeping them updated with our situation. I got place on bed rest and was updating them that my husbands hours were temporarily cut but we wanted to try and do small payments. I was told no get a loan or have friends and family give you the money. We want the whole balance. That they would be filling a judgment. The judgment defaulted because I was on bed rest and my husband's job wouldn't work with him to have that day off. So I tried again to get hardship payments set up for the garnishment after they took $350 out of my husbands check. Just to be told at first we don't do that which I know they do. Then he says we would have to put something down to apply for hardship and we may not get it. I told him you got your down payment this morning from the check and he said no we need a new payment. Then he said he would put it in anyway but he doubts that they do it. So once again we are screwed.

Osana Fulton1Very poor customer service! I had to make a double payment on my account because I used the wrong routing number on the 1st payment by mistake. Their website dose not allow you to cancel a payment once you post it. Of course the payment was reversed with the wrong routing number, but when I called regarding the Return check charge I was told I would get a call back by a supervisor and I never got a call back. I made my next payment online and surprisingly the only the regular payment showed due and I paid it, however when the next 2wk payment became due the RTN Check charge had been added again! I called to find out why and was a told by a representative name Brendon, that they never waved the fee and it won't be waived! When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that I could leave a message. Brenden over talked me the entire time, and when I told him that he was giving me poor customer service he replied "why because he won't waive the fee?" Which really upset me, needless to say the call went terrible and I had to hangup on him and call back only to be transferred to a supervisors voice mail!!! This company penalizes for mistakes!!!!

Shavon Cotton1This is the worse company ever...... Please don't go with them if you don't have to... They cut my car off on Christmas for 4 days because they had problems and told me they was sorry. I've next missed a payment, but when I ask to skip a payment due to covid they said no.

I am grateful I was able to get a loan and car from here because I had a low credit score and no money saved up and needed a car asap. I did pay alot for what I got due to a high interest but they were upfront with all that before I purchased. They went over everything so I knew what I was taking on. The car I got was in good condition and still is today. Thank you!

Sandy Kramer5I have had nothing but outstanding service by this company, from their local individuals in Las Vegas, to their customer service department in Mesa. There have been two occasions where I have had to put a payment off until the end of my contract due to medical reasons. They worked extremely well with me. I have not missed one payment with them other than the extension. Buying a car and having it financed by CAG was an amazing experience. I have my car almost paid off, but if I ever buy another car, I will definitely go through CAG for financing.

Ashaun1I cannot wait till I pay this loan off and I am done with this company! Find another way to get a loan if you need it! AWFUL customer service. They do not care and will suck you dry for every penny they can. Management is zero help, IF you can even get ahold of anyone. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS AWFUL LOAN COMPANY!!

iesha callahan3They helped me get a car with no problems and for that I am forever grateful. BUT the Customer Services sucks... they don't return phone calls. There is an online options where you can ask questions and it says they will return your call within 48 hours it's been a month still no reply... I've called and left messages still no reply... all I want to know is my damn pay off balance since the balance online is not my pay off balance.
