  While this visit was only my second, and it was my intention to only look, I found the jewelry inventory to be amazing and the sales team not only knowledgeable but very helpful. I also purchased some home decor and will be returning to hopefully find a laptop the next time.

  Friendly and knowledgeable staff which I appreciated greatly. I received fair money for my items that I pawned and picking up my items was a breeze. I would recommend Pawn 1st In Scottsdale anytime!

  They were friendly helpful and actually gave me more than I expected. There was a little confusion on what model I had but after that was cleared up I got a fair price and was overall happy with the transaction.

  I always go to the pawn first at 64th and Thomas because everyone that works there is easy going and knowledgeable. They also give you fair dollar and they are open late, (7pm). The pawn 1st on Scottsdale is not that way however. They talk down to you . They offer you nothing for your property and act like they really don't need or want your business. I wanted $50 for gas to go to tuscon and back for Thanksgiving. I took in a $500 gold detector that I recently purchased used for $260. Even though I found a similar one online, they did not. They only found newer more expensive ones. Instead of that proving to them mine is of value, they only offered me $20 because it was an older model. The newest machines sell for $3000 and the oldest one they found which was exactly the same as mine except the version name "outlaw" vs. " Diablo" , was selling for $450 used. Most pawn shops will loan you one third of the lowest used price found online. They gave me $20 , on Thanksgiving Eve, at closing time , knowing five gallons of gas is what they offered me to make the trip to see my family. I will pay them $25 for my $20 loan when I pick up my machine on Monday, and I will never go back.
