  Great lender! Great rates! My wife and I used Mark to refinance our home and we couldn't have been happier with the entire experience! Early on in the process the rates and costs he quoted us were very competitive. and he was available to answer our questions quickly and in a professional, informative manner. The underwriting stage was fairly straightforward and we were surprised how quickly he got us to the finish line delivering exactly what he promised.   My experience with Mark Spencer from C2 Financial Corporation was absolutely wonderful. I was stressed and doubtful that I could refinance my home but from the moment I spoke to Mark, he understood my situation and helped with my home refinance. From beginning to end he was helpful and made the process so easy for me. I truly appreciated the e-documents and the helpful videos of how the process would go and what to expect.   Mark has been more than just a normal loan officer. From day one Mark showed how much he cares for his clients. While every other loan officer I went to denied me a home loan, Mark went the extra mile, did all the research and found a way to get me qualified. His work ethics are in my opinion “extraordinary.” He is a very honest and very hard working individual. I will not work with any other agent other than Mark. He has made all my transactions easy and stress free. I trust him 100%.

  I would definitely work with Mark again on a new or refi loan. His knowledge and dedication to the industry is a godsend. He puts in the work for his clients and is great and easy to work with.
