  JP and his team were such a joy to work with. Their rates and fees were the lowest we found and we felt so taken care of throughout the entire process. They made the process so incredibly easy and enjoyable, and worked seamlessly with our realtor. JP went above and beyond by answering our questions with great detail; spending a lot of time explaining different scenarios and giving us pep talks; and being so available, professional, and honest. I sincerely don't think we could have had a better experience anywhere else and will definitely use JP next time a need arises.

  JP is the best! He not only got me the best rate in the market and he beat everyone else in giving me the best service and the rate. He is very experienced in what he does. He looked out for me in the agreements I signed with the seller and continued to look out for me after the house closed. I had a lot of issues with my house close and he was there every step of the way. Hands down the best mortgage experience I have ever had. You can’t go wrong with JP!

  JP and his team are incredible! I have used them for a refinance and most recently a new loan. There is a reason I continually come back to JP and team and have recommended them to friends. First, JP's level of care and commitment is unmatched. He was available every step of the way, no matter what day or time, or how many questions I had. He really put me at ease even though I have been thru this process a few times. Care is very important, but care on top of the lowest rates is another! JP's charts and visuals to walk me thru the difference in rate structures was key into helping me make the right decision. It allowed me to see how my money would be used over the mortgage period, depending on the finance structure I went with. Last, JP committed to closing in a tight period which is what secured me the house. In a crazy housing market, little details matter and JP came thru. I HIGHLY recommend JP and company.

  What a great team! JP took such good care of us and was always just a text away whenever I had a question! This was not our first refinance, but it was the first time using JP and his team. By far the best experience for our home purchase/refinance needs. We just had a baby and I was hesitant to refinance because we didn’t have very much spare time and didn’t want to have to constantly find paperwork and receive calls and emails like how it was when we refinanced through another company. I expressed that to JP and he really took care of us, he did everything! We weren’t being bombarded with questions and requests, he asked for some information and did all the rest! Such an easy process and he really did take care of us. I have already sent his information to our friends and family. What a great man and a great team. Thank you guys so much! We’ll see you next time we need to purchase or refinance!

  I had the pleasure of working with Rene and JP when I refinanced, recently, and I was really impressed with them throughout the entire process. They made sure to get back to me quickly when I had any questions and made themselves available, above and beyond what was expected. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly our loan closed and they got us an amazing rate on a high balance loan. If I were to refinance again in the future, I would work with Rene and JP again without hesitation. I would highly recommend them.

  JP Dennis, Chad, and Ryan did an excellent job helping me complete my refinance. They communicated swiftly and without delay, notifying me of any updates on my refinance. The refinance got us a lower interest rate percentage and lowered our monthly mortgage payments. Overall, a job well done.

  I’m a real estate agent that worked with Rene on a $1.65 million transaction that closed recently. Tons of lenders always talk about how they’re always quick to respond or can closer sooner than the other lenders, but Rene is one of the few who backs it up! He was always quick to get back to me and was able to close a week sooner than what was on the contract. Would highly recommend him and his team!
