  Caroline Gerardo is hands down the best loan officer in the country, no question about it. After we had spent over 6 months with 2 other banks, she took on our deal as if it was her very own. She treated our $140,000 loan as if it was a $20 million dollar loan, she is an absolute mastermind when it comes to deciphering a complex scenario. In addition, she has an extremely pleasant demeanor, we never felt like we were being sold anything, we felt like we were speaking with a close friend who just happened to work in the mortgage business. On top of all that, the rate she got us was beyond competitive, especially since she was the only loan officer willing to put the work in to get the deal done!
