  First timers right here!!! Everything about the home buying process was so new to us. We previously were approved and looking about a year ago w/Wells Fargo as the lender. Now let me share with you the interaction we had with our Mortgage Consultant at WF. I filled the app online, emailed all the necessary docs, briefly spoke about what we were approved for, and sent on our happy way w/the approval letter....that was the last we spoke/emailed. That home buying experience obviously didn't go very far. Fast forward to January of this year. We begin the buying process all over again. I start looking up lenders and found 2 with great reviews. I checked out both companies online and obviously went with the better choice The Ryan Grant team! What stood out to me the most was how they want to help educate their buyers. They want us to be informed and know what we are getting into. They also have you come in to go over your many buying options and provide you with a borrower analysis showing you tons of information you really don't think about when buying. The whole process from beginning to end was pretty much flawless and way too easy! We were in constant contact from someone from the Ryan Grant team, either through phone or email. Ryan also introduced us to our awesome Realtor who found us a home in less than a month! Oh and did i forget to mention we closed in 3 weeks from putting in our offer!! They seriously are the BEST!!!

  All I have to say, John Phung and the Ryan Grant Team! AMAZING work. I’m a first time home owner. I spoke with many lenders prior to speaking John Phung. Many of them gave me mediocre rates and preapproval. John was transparent what he can do and gave me a plan of what to do to increase my credit score and get me the best interest rate! I knew from my first time conversation with John this was the lender I’m going with. During my home buying search and buying process. Communication was amazing, any question and concerns John and his team were always available to answer them. I highly highly recommend John Phung and the Ryan Grant Team!

  The Ryan Grant Team helped my wife and I buy our first home! We were extremely pleased with their professionalism and expertise in handling our transaction.   I just funded my refinance with Ryan and his team. My loan was a bit challenging to process because I have a myriad of assets and business. Ryan and his team worked on this loan for months and never quit and it finally got done. I am extremely impressed with the customer service I received not to mention the loan and rate was very competitive if not the best I found. The web portal they use to process the paperwork and help you completely understand the loan process is top notch and very easy to use. They always kept me informed on the current timetables and what was next or needed from me so I was never caught off guard or left uninformed. The mortgage market has a lot of choices for a borrower to make in choosing a lender. The money in the end is all the same color but the customer service, reliability and smoothness that I experienced in this transaction I am grateful for to Ryan and his team. I have a great loan and tremendous new rate and term which has saved me hundreds of dollars a month and tens of thousands over the next few years. If you need a mortgage you owe yourself to let Ryan Grant and his team at the very least compete for your business and if you do, I will bet they will be your lender for life.

  The Ryan Grant Team is awesome and very professional! They are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable resulting in a stressful free refinance process.
