  I received a great interest rate and great service from Watermark. Jody was very responsive and thorough and was happy to answer all of my questions. If I'm ever looking to refinance again in the future - Jody will be my first call. UPDATE: I've now worked with Jody Canfield a second time for another refi and once again she was a pleasure to work with and took care of everything with no issues. They're extremely busy now with refis so I did have to be very patient as it took more than a month longer than expected, but that was understandable and overall it was a smooth process.

  I just closed a home refinance with Watermark and I could not have had a better experience. I was recommended through a friend that also had a great experience with them and I'm glad I took the advice. They offered an unbeatable interest rate and terms off the bad. I went forward with it and managed to close literally in only a couple weeks. Dyllon Bobo was my banker. He was terrific and helped me promptly every step of the way. I'm enjoying my lower rate!!

  Had a Great Experience with Watermark. Worked with Rob Kromberg, Nahum Velasco, and Genelle Stewart. They were professional, courteous, helpful, and extremely responsive. It seemed that no matter what time i e-mailed them, i received a reply within 20-30 minutes. Service was extraordinary. Rate was excellent too - lowest available in the country for my cash-out refinance. Thanks Rob to you and your team!

  Jesse Somberg came highly recommended to me by a co-worker, and now we can see why. Jesse helped us out tremendously on our home refinance. We were able to get a lower interest rate and a lot lower monthly payment. He took the time to explain things and answer our many questions.   Surprisingly, I had a very pleasant experience from the onset as I called Watermark. Dyllon Bobo was very courteous, provided options and the rates in the evening and we were in business the next day. Dyllon patiently provided answers to all my questions and I was comfortable in sharing all details with him. The link on Watermark's website for loan application is very cool and easy to follow. I uploaded all the documents at my own pace from where ever I needed to do so - very convenient feature. I was so comfortable working with Dyllon that I refinanced my 2nd home simultaneously with him. No pressure tactics and the loans were locked timely. Speedy closing within 30 days of me contacting Watermark. I would recommend Watermark strongly and would use them again in the future as need arises. Exceptional service overall!

  I used Nick Vujnovich of Watermark Homes Loans for the purchase of my home last February. I was extremely pleased with the ease of the process and we closed on time as stated. Nick kept me informed along the way, was very responsive, and honest. My realtor was concerned with me using and out of state lender but Watermarks rates were very competitive and with how easy the process was going, I was just fine not switching to a local lender. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

  Rob Kromberg handled my 3 refi's in 3 years and was beyond great to work with! He monitored the rates and with his professional ability got me the lowest rate on my last refi. He makes it his goal to make his client get the best rate out there and ends up becoming a friend!!

  My Realtor had cautioned me against using "Internet lenders," so I had been working with 3 local lenders. Once we were under contract, I decided to check Bankrate to compare rates, and Watermark came up with a rate almost half a point lower than what I had been offered, with no lender's fees. I quickly applied and Martin Franco called me the next day. I truly can say their services was on par with any local lender I had worked with in the past. Martin was extremely responsive and Sandra Dodd was in the background pushing things along. We ran into a snafu 2 weeks before closing because of a credit item we weren't aware of, but Martin helped me work through this quickly. Overall I am very happy with our decision to use Watermark - and to top it off, I was just informed they will be servicing our loan and not selling it, which we are happy about.
