  Don't let them pressure you into a loan. I went in for $13,000 but they wanted me to get insurance for 8 months before the business was even open and that was $8,000 for the type of business it was, didn't have enough capital to advertise after that since I had to pay another $8,000 the first quarter the business was open. Their education is valuable but their loan restrictions are unfair. They're still requesting documentation even after the business is closed and I'm paying off the loan timely every month.

  Numerous present and former executive's and federal and state employees run this office to give people insights into starting and growing their own small business. They are all a wealth of information. Call ahead though, because this Office service a 3 County area. Regular classes are given on various topics so call ahead.

  Helen has been wonderful in helping me understand my books. She is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Thank you Helen! I also took the 12 week course and found it very helpful. Everybody that I have met at the incubator has been great. Keep up the good work!

  Before we applied for a loan at the Business Incubator, we had been declined by three banks in town for the same project. Thanks to Dean and the decision board at The Revolving Loan Fund, we were able to purchase and renovate the building to expand our business and beautify the Main Street area. The loan process was simple to understand, easy, affordable, and smooth from start to finish. Thanks so much!!
