  Working with Jack O'Neal and his team was exceptional. Jack was super quick to respond to any of my questions. He has a lot of experience in real estate so he even gave great insight on questions asked to my realtor. The entire process was completed electronically. Due to my family’s busy schedules, we loved that this was an option and it made all that was involved in purchasing a HUD extremely manageable.

  Working with Jack O'Neal and his assistant bruna at guild mortgage was a wonderful experience, with my wife and I being first time home buyers the proses was smooth quick and easy. Everyone was already happy and willing to go the extra mile I would highly suggest everyone I worked with to help anyone I know to buy a house.

  Paul consistently goes above and beyond for our mutual clients and has displayed an ability to get the job done when others can't.   To bad there is not a half star rating. I have been trying to get answers from them I get told I will get a call back and that don't happen if you don't want my business then just say so, so you are not wasting my time.
