  Everyone in here Monica Kent and the others are always so helpful they ask you how you are how your day is. I myself have a special relationship with Monica and will call her to give her updates on my son periodically and see how she is doing. Monica also got special permission to help me with my claim after I was robbed as I physically just couldn't do it emotionally and she took the time to help me. They are all that way there at State farm. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you staff of state farm In lower lake

  This location absolutely has most helpful employees and they make everything easy! Insurance is something I dread dealing with they always go above and beyond! I could not be more happy with the service I continually receive. State Farm has also been there for me we I needed them to come thru, and I don't trust anyone else. They are the best! Do yourself a favor and switch to this office.
