FishingWithBigBaitBailey1Was told by a supervisor at corporate to head on down to the Clearlake branch to have the manager remove a hold that was placed on a check.45 minutes each way and 3 hours on the phone that morning. Manager at the Clearlake branch tells me she does not have the authority to remove the hold. They have told me 4 different reasons why they can not remove the hold and none of them are true according to corporate. Avoid this bank at all costs. A 10 day hold on a check is unheard of and will never happen again as I will be closing all 5 of my Wells accounts including my Amex account thru them. Do not use Wells Fargo period. Especially this branch and their horrible management.

Linda Swesey1I went into the branch last week to open a savings account. Been a customer of WF for nearly 40 years. I was directed to do it online. I said I didn’t want to do it online. I just wanted to open a savings account. I was informed that if I wanted to open an account thru the branch I would need to make appointment for the following week!! I guess I will go to another bank with my $$$$$$$$$$ and I am sure I won’t have to make an appointment in another week to put my money in the bank!! Customer service?? ⭐️

Melody Fulgium1Wells Fargo is the worst bank ever. The staff is friendly but corporation sucks. If you make a deposit over the weekend in the atm it does not get tended to until Tuesday morning when in all actuality it should have been tended to first thing Monday morning so with that being said you better go back an check your bank statements for those $35.00 overdraft fees cause they decided to put your weekend banking over till Tuesday and you payed your bill Monday so therefore the bank can rob their customers for $35.00 overdraft fees. I am in progress of getting a new bank and telling Wells to kiss my A**. I've had more issue's with this bank than any other dank I've been with. WORST BANK EVER

Sinistersis ya ya1Can't get anyone to answer the phone in this place!!! Tried for 30 mins!!! Needed to speak to an individual there and could not get thru!!!
