  I have had great experiences when coming to this branch. Most recently when I went in only to get a temporary card and came out with financial savvy and peace of mind. Livan really made sense of finances and gave me more information on their savings account that online wouldn't have. We set up a new savings account and now I'm saving more money without even knowing. He also set up a date to call me to follow up with how my account is doing. Really makes me glad to have stuck with Wells Fargo over the other online banks or local credit union. Every time I walk into a Wells Fargo I usually feel welcomed, no matter if I'm in sweats or in a suit. However Livan made this experience more memorable. Banking should always be personal.

  I went to the 1000 W Broad St Branch in Falls Church, Va and I had Livan Macanlalay. He was amazing, he listened and was extremely friendly. He was the most pleasant banking experience I have ever had. Please continue to keep great staff like him around and never go away from that formula. He is highly recommended!
