  Always helpful. They remember you here. I've always been treated well from early on when I opened an account in my twenties. I've seen them go the extra mile time after time. Terrific management from the times I was there.

  The rude lady working in the front needs to learn how to speak to customers. Remember it’s my account and you should help people instead of talking disrespectful to your customers. And the manger of this branch I must say is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She overtalks the customers and has a very rude mouth on her. You should be more helpful to your customers because they are the reason people even come to your bank. New management or new workers should be placed at this location. All in all this is the worst experience I ever had at a bank. I will never have a Burke and Herbert account after this. You people that work at this location make people not even want to come here. O out of 5 stars.

  What a joke of a bank. I transferred money from my online back account into my B&H account when I came to withdraw it the ladies kept asking me questions as if I was doing something suspicious and refused to give me MY money and only gave me a portion of what i needed. Worst customer service at this branch. DO NOT GO HERE. I am debating closing my account with them.

  Cannot, absolutely cannot do business here!!! Management staff incompetent and unable to complete simplest tasks. Many, many excuses, multiple visits - STILL unable to access account!

  This is the worst bank in America.. They make you wait for over 30 mins to deposit a cheque. They have the worst customer service ever !! I will never recommend this bank to ANYONE not even my worst enemy !!!
