  I wish I could give ZERO STARS!!! This is the worst bank I’ve ever worked with, they’ve made a mistake in a charge and now want to charge me double without any notice. We’ve never paid late and they charge me as if it were late. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS BANK ITS THE WORST.

  This company has been an absolute nightmare to work with for the three months I have dealt with them. Their customer service is some of the worst ever. They are unresponsive, argumentative, not helpful and give you the run around when you can actually speak to someone. They bought out my loan from another company and I would have rather paid 1.5% more on apr through my credit Union. How these people are still in business is mind boggling. They messed up billing on my loan when they acquired it and then blamed me for not making the proper payment. When I called them I their mistake they refused to admit it on the recorded line and refused to send me a letter or notice saying what the issue was. Instead they sent me a letter saying I owed a payment. The only person that was helpful was a gal named Kristen. If she reads this, leave there quick and get a job at a better company. If I could give zero or negative stars I would.

  This company purchased my second mortgage and went after my house. The interest is unbelievable and they refused to modify at a rate I could afford. I am a senior citizen and had excellent credit. They put my home up for auction after many attempts to call, email, and modify.. all ignored. I had no recourse but to hire a very expensive attorney and file bankruptcy to save my home. They charged me $66,000 in late fees and asked for $12,5000 to stop it. Horrible company.

  This company has been a nightmare since they bought my loan. If I had the option to give them 0 starts I would. All the comments that you read here are 100% true. If your loan is with this company you need to get out and run ASAP. I repeat run from this company!!! This company is aware of how horrible they are and they are ok with that.

  charge additional fees without providing explanations or supports on your secure online account. will not respond timely to customers. Do not Trust this Company. People who do not have any financing skills will get ripped off. BEWARE

  They place extra charges and raise mortgage without any explanation. Worse customer service I have ever experienced.
