  Dan and his team were awesome! Everything was done quickly and effectively. Dan made himself available all of the time to answer any questions or concerns, however there were very few. Most of my questions were answered long before I every asked them. All of the people on his team shared the same happy and positive demeanor. The whole process was smooth and pleasant. Dan is a true professional and a pleasure to work with! I do highly recommend him and am happy to be asked about my experiences with him to verify my review!

  Todd was so great! We had banking issues and Todd was able to pull some strings to allow us to close on our closing date! Super thankful for everything he has done! Highly recommend

  Lindsey Tagen was not just my loan officer but a friend who I could depend on throughout this entire home buying process. My mind was at ease knowing that she was keeping us on track and on time for all deadlines. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for your home buying needs! My wife and I will always appreciate the hard work she put in for us!!!!

  Frank at the Pasadena location was able to get our refi in within three weeks and helped us get the lowest rate out there. Frank has done three refis and one new home mortgage over the past six years and has always delivered trust-worthy, quick, and problem-free loans. We are able to sign most of the docs online and just required one short in-house notary visit to finish everything up. You can't go wrong with Frank!

  They get the job done however, if you like deal with people with sarcasm attitude and condescending tones. Also seem to respond better to email than a quick phone call. not my favorite. Called to get a new agent and was like pulling teeth. not my favorite and in the end I probably are noing with them for my refinance because they have high costly closing fees. shop around before you lock with these guys.

  very helpful and responsive. I did the refinance with them and my loan was just closed few days ago. the whole process took less than 2 months and I was able to get a pretty good rate. well worth of 5 stars.
