Tiffany Lane5I'm giving 5 stars for the staff inside the veranda Concord location. I give -5 stars for the online banking. It never seems to work continuously and I get access denied, not even wrong password message. There is no one on the phone to correct it after hours. The emergency availability of relying on online banking is a fake security blanket, a fallacy. Always carry cash and do your banking each day. I'm stuck in a parking garage with 6 children, paid for a hotel but needed to transfer money for deposit and breakfast tomorrow. The room went through. The parking ticket meter has no phone number for emergencies. I rented this due to a different emergency and this was supposed to be a fun resolution so I could work from home, on-line.

Terence Dunn1Absolutely useless. I’m a member of a partner credit union. This credit union claims to be a shared branch. It’s literally just an ATM. Zero customer service skills, staff are rude and unhelpful. Take your business elsewhere.

Journal B5I left my bank to go to Travis because why the hell let that bank charge me $12 a month for not having a certain amount of my own money in my own account!! Got hella tired of being ripped off. I love that Travis allows me to have however much I want in my account. Customer service has been great. My favorite is Aarion. She's knowledgeable, professional, very nice and amazingly beautiful.

Wayne Calhoon (consultant)5Everybody I know who is their customer loves Travis. When I take my friend there the staff gives her big hugs. Travis is like a family to her. Her husband is military so that may be one reason they were attracted to Travis. I have never heard an ill word about Travis. I am not a customer but I am an observer of their reputation, professionalism and class. They walk the walk.

Haleh Niazmand1Horrific service! They have locked the access to my account. Their website malfunctions. They have no chat line and I have been on the phone hold for 40 minutes to fix it and no one responds. unreliable and stupid institution.

eat_pray_porg1This is not a review of the bank itself. Love the bank; just posting this because their ATM is down at the moment, as of Wednesday 03/21/2018 @ 23:11.
