  Bryon was awesome! He made our first time home buying experience as easy and stress free as possible. He walked us through each step of the process (as many times as we needed) and told us what to expect so we could make informed decisions with confidence.   We had a great experience with Bryon! Our purchase and sale was very challenging due to the competitive market and a contingent sale. After multiple lost offers our agent recommended we go with a local lender.   I would award ten stars if possible. I began to work with Bryon Taylor and his team after firing our original loan officer at another company. Our closing had been delayed two weeks because of multiple paperwork mistakes and mismanagement, and needless to say, we were in crisis. Bryon Taylor stepped in and saved the day. He fixed an inaccurate appraisal, worked with Fannie Mae and the HOA management company to update their paperwork mistakes, and worked to close our loan in just three weeks. He is extremely professional, communicates clearly and consistently, and is personable and friendly. Bryon earned our trust immediately.   We contacted Bryon when we needed to buy a particular house. It was a complicated deal that had to go through. He was able to guide us through the process, explaining everything we needed to do to get the funding. After a few process challenges, we were able to close on the house. He showed a great knowledge of the process and was extremely patient with us. I would highly reccomend him and again, thank you Bryon for believing in us.
